Description

Just One scoop. That’s the whole idea.
If you’ve ever stood in front of a shelf of supplements wondering which of the eight bottles you actually need this morning, you already understand why we made The One.
Most of us don’t give up on looking after ourselves because we stopped caring. We give up because it got complicated. Too many pills, too many rules, too much to remember on a Tuesday when the day starts before you do. So we asked a simpler question: if a woman were only ever going to do one thing for her wellbeing each day, what should be in that one thing?
The answer is in the scoop. Seven ingredients, each chosen because the evidence supports it and because it earns its place alongside the others. Nothing decorative. Nothing added to make the label look busy. Just the essentials, at amounts that are meaningful rather than symbolic, in a formula designed to be genuinely easy on your stomach.
The One is made with women in mind — particularly the years from your mid-thirties onward, when collagen production quietly slows, energy needs a little more support, gut comfort becomes less negotiable, and the difference between a good day and a foggy one starts to feel very real.
What’s inside, and why
Collagen — 10g · for hair, skin and nails
Collagen is the scaffolding of your skin: the protein that keeps it firm, springy and hydrated. From our mid-twenties we make a little less of it each year, and from perimenopause onward that decline speeds up noticeably. Ten grams is a proper, studied daily serving — the amount used in the research, not a sprinkle for the label. It’s the foundation of The One, and the reason we call it beauty from the inside out: skin that feels supple, hair and nails that feel stronger, over weeks rather than days.
Creatine — 5g · for cognitive function and energy
Creatine has a reputation problem. For years it was filed away as something for gym bros and heavy lifting — but the newer research is far more interesting, especially for women. Creatine helps your cells recycle energy, and your brain is one of the hungriest energy consumers you own. Studies point to benefits for mental clarity, memory and mental fatigue, alongside its better-known role in strength and muscle maintenance — which matters more, not less, as we age. Five grams is the standard daily dose, and it’s here for your head as much as your body.
L-glutamine — 1000mg · for gut health and muscle recovery
Glutamine is the preferred fuel of the cells lining your gut wall. It’s the quiet workhorse of the formula — supporting the integrity and comfort of your digestive lining, and helping muscles recover after you’ve asked something of them. It’s also the ingredient most often thanked by women who’ve tried other supplements and found them unkind to their stomachs.
MSM — 1000mg · for calm inflammation and collagen synergy
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a natural source of sulphur, and sulphur is one of the building blocks your body uses to make its own collagen and keratin. It works with the collagen in this formula rather than beside it. MSM is also well regarded for supporting a calm inflammatory response and comfortable, mobile joints — which is why it so often turns up in the routines of women who want their skin and their knees to keep up with them.
MCT oil — 1000mg · for clean, steady energy
Medium-chain triglycerides are fats your body treats differently from most: they’re absorbed quickly and converted readily into fuel, which is why MCTs are so often reached for when people want energy without a spike and a slump. They also help the fat-soluble elements of the formula do their work, and they give the powder its lovely, silky texture in coffee.
Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate) — 300mg · for immunity and collagen synthesis
Your body physically cannot make collagen without vitamin C — it’s a required cofactor in the process, which makes it the natural partner to the collagen and MSM in this scoop. It’s also one of the best-established nutrients for supporting normal immune function. We chose sodium ascorbate rather than plain ascorbic acid on purpose: it’s a buffered, non-acidic form, so you get the benefit without the sour bite or the unsettled stomach that higher-dose vitamin C can bring.
Zinc bisglycinate — 75mg (providing 15mg elemental zinc) · for immunity and skin
Zinc is the multitasker: essential for normal immune function, for skin healing and clarity, and for the enzymes involved in building new tissue. It’s also a nutrient many women are quietly short on. We use zinc bisglycinate — zinc bound to the amino acid glycine — because it’s absorbed more readily than cheaper zinc salts and is far gentler on an empty stomach. Fifteen milligrams of elemental zinc is a sensible, sustainable daily amount rather than a mega-dose.
How to take it
One scoop — 20g — once a day.
Stir it into 200ml of water and you’re done.
If you’ve chosen Vanilla, you have more room to play: it dissolves beautifully in warm or cold water, and it’s genuinely lovely stirred into a morning coffee or an evening hot chocolate. Orange is at its best cold, over ice, as the first thing you drink in the morning.
There’s no loading phase, no cycling on and off, no complicated timing. Take it at whatever moment of the day you’ll actually remember — consistency is what makes the difference, and the whole point of The One is that it’s easy to be consistent with.
About the flowers on the label
The vanilla and orange blossoms drawn by hand on our packaging aren’t decoration — they’re the source of the flavour inside.
We flavour The One naturally, with real vanilla and real orange, because we didn’t want to build a clean, evidence-based formula and then finish it with something artificial. Both plants have long histories in traditional wellness practice and bring their own gentle aromatic character to the blend: vanilla, warm and comforting; orange blossom, bright and lifting.
The illustration is our way of saying something about the whole product. Real ingredients. Nothing hidden. Beauty that comes from things that grow.
Our promise
Clean label. Every ingredient on the tin is there because it does something. No fillers, no bulking agents, no mystery “proprietary blends” that hide how little of the good stuff you’re actually getting.
Preservative free. Nothing added to extend shelf life at the expense of what you’re putting in your body.
Evidence based. Each ingredient was selected on the strength of published research, and dosed at levels that reflect that research rather than the smallest amount we could get away with printing.
Gentle by design. The buffered vitamin C, the chelated zinc, the glutamine — these choices were made specifically so that The One sits comfortably, day after day, for years.
One thing. Every day.
That’s all we’re asking. Not a regime, not a reinvention, not a shelf of bottles you feel guilty about. One scoop, one glass, one small act of looking after yourself — repeated often enough to matter.
The One. Because you’ve got enough to think about.

Some mornings, the last thing you need is another routine. The One is exactly what its name promises — a single scoop, once a day, that quietly looks after the things that matter most. Collagen for hair, skin and nails. Creatine for clear thinking and steady energy. L-glutamine for a settled, comfortable gut. MSM, MCT oil, vitamin C and zinc completing the picture. It dissolves in a glass of water, your morning coffee or a hot chocolate, tastes gentle and lovely in vanilla or orange, and asks nothing more of you than twenty seconds a day. Science-led, clean label, preservative free.
